Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct username and ensuring that their social media account is set to public at the time of purchase.

We cannot issue refunds for orders placed with private accounts, accidental orders once they have been fulfilled, incorrect usernames, situations where the service cannot be delivered due to these issues including account flagging involved issues.
